What a year we had!

2007 was an amazing year for IAB – one of our very best ever. New programs like “The IAB Elite,” special promotions, our ongoing “Push Week” efforts and finally our “End of the Year” Contest helped to make it a memorable and successful year. And, of course, the tremendous effort of our Associates, and the momentum you were able to build, is the main reason that we all had such a great year.

So what better time could there be than the first days of a new year to make an exciting announcement that’s sure to lead to an even more explosive year in 2008? At IAB, we want to ensure that we’re always providing the best possible opportunity for our associates. Often, that means listening to you, paying attention to your needs and responding with the business enhancements you need and want.

And sometimes, the best way to enhance the business is to simplify it.

That’s why we’re so excited to announce some incredible enhancements to the IAB Compensation Plan. Not only will these changes make it easier for you and the people in your organization to advance through the Company’s management levels, it will make the whole plan easier to communicate and explain to new Associates.

The Matching Leaders Bonus

We’ve been listening to you - and we’ve made a change that is exactly what you were asking for. The new Matching Leaders Bonus removes one of the primary barriers to promoting dynamic associates. Under the old plan, if you promoted an associate to your level before you promoted to a higher level, you’d stand to lose overrides on their sales. The new Matching Leaders Bonus erases that disincentive to promoting, so that you can bring the best and brightest into your organization and celebrate with them when they promote.

New Advancement Requirements

We predict that many of you will reach Presidential this year. In fact, we’re planning on it.

And to make that goal more reachable than ever – and at the same time improve your income along the way, we’ve redefined the advancement levels. These new levels have maintained our standards of excellence, while at the same time enabling you to reach them faster and earn more!

New, more attainable levels. A whole new generation of MDs and above – all the way up to Presidential. And the opportunity to share in your best Associates’ advancement with the new Matching Leaders Bonus. With this new, simplified Compensation Plan, we know that 2008 will be a record-breaking year for IAB and for ALL of our Associates.
