The IAB Elite
Introducing IAB's Elite for its hardest-working Associates – Beginning January 1, 2008
We aren’t talking about a club for snobs. Of course, when you call your friends at home from the sun patio of the Ritz-Carlton in Maui or some other exotic, IAB-sponsored trip location, who are we to say you shouldn’t rub it in a little?
The new IAB Elite is IAB’s newest incentive program, and it’s guaranteed to put your recruiting and memberships sales efforts on the right track.
When you earn six points a month you have access to special member-only incentives, including exotic incentive trips and a monthly car bonus!
Becoming a member of the Elite will not only gain you fantastic incentives, it will also create a consistency in building your business every month. Being an Elitist has never been so easy, so begin your efforts today!
How it works
This new program is calculated by a point system. To be part of the IAB Elite, you must consecutively earn six (6) points each calendar month while maintaining your IAB personal membership throughout the current incentive time frame.
For instance, to qualify for a $300.00 car allowance you must be a part of the IAB Elite for 12 consecutive months. To maintain that car allowance you must maintain your Elite status by achieving your six points per month. IF you fail to qualify for the Elite during any calendar month, you will lose your status and must start over from the beginning.
Ways To Earn Points:

Car Allowances:
Starting January 1st 2008, by being a member of the Elite, you can qualify for a car allowance. Just maintain your Elite status for the required consecutive months to earn the following allowances:

*As of January 1st, 2008, we will be discontinuing our current qualifications for the car allowance incentive program. If you are currently qualified and receiving a car allowance you can continue to receive this, however, you are not eligible to receive both your current allowance and the car allowance for the Elite program. If you are receiving a current car allowance and at any time fall below your eligibility, the Elite program will immediately take effect.
Incentive Trips
We will also use the Elite for our incentive trips.
We will designate an appropriate time frame for each location and to qualify for the trips, you will need to be a member of the Elite for that time frame. No more competing with the top producers and top recruiters. It is simply up to you. Your goal is to get a minimum of six points each month.
It’s as easy as that!
