IAB's General Incentive Trip Rules

  1. Winners must be active, productive Associate of the IAB team, in good standing, and approved by management at the time of travel. IAB has the right to refuse delivery of an incentive gift to anyone who is deemed unsuitable by IAB management.
  2. Production requirements are based on net verified premiums, plus contest bonuses as specified and announced. Business that falls outside IAB guidelines will not count toward incentive requirements.
  3. Individual winners must have produced all volume personally. IAB top level managers (Regional & above) who have more than five winning individuals on their team will not have to meet the personal production requirements.
  4. No alternate travel arrangements can be substituted for trip packages.
  5. Each winner is entitled to two round-trip vacations per family. IAB incentive trips are set up to accomodate two adult guests per winner. Please don't request exceptions to these rules without the prior approval of IAB management.
  6. Winners' persistency rates, not-takens and account payouts must be within IAB guidelines and standards.
  7. An IAB incentive trip cannot be transferred to a non-winner within or outside the Company.
  8. Throughout an incentive trip, winners should conduct themselves with pleasant dignity. Winner are expected to comply with all airline and cruise ship rules and regulations, as well as laws of any countries we visit.
  9. IAB is responsible only for the expense of round-trip airfare for two, standard hotel or cruise ship accommodations, tours, meals and beverages as listed in our itinerary. The Company is not responsible for upgrades, room service charges, special services, telephone calls, deviations from the itinerary, meals, beverages or tours not specifically included in our itinerary or any purchases or expenses of any kind incurred by winners or guests.
