Refund Policy – Medical Savings Plan
Members that notify IAB to cancel their membership within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of membership materials are entitled to a full refund of their membership dues and the amount of the one time processing fee. Please return the membership card to the address shown below and upon receipt, IAB will then issue the refund. IAB will cease collecting membership fees in a reasonable amount of time, but no later than 30 days after receiving a valid cancellation notice.

According to state law - Note to Oklahoma residents: If you have not received your refund within 30 days of the cancellation date, IAB will pay interest on the proceeds at a rate of the Treasury Bill rate of the preceding calendar year, plus (2) percentage points.
